Recent events, such as floods, fires, earthquakes and landslides in Brazil, Spain, Italy and Switzerland, highlight a reality where climate change and disasters leave thousands without homes, belongings, or hope. In these moments, official communication channels become overloaded, and families are often left without the sustained emotional support they desperately need.

This is where ReviverIA steps in, embodying Lumière's commitment to AI for Humanity . We believe that technology can effectively bridge the gap between crisis and care.

How Does ReviverIA Make a Difference? Simple, Fast, and People-Centered.

ReviverIA operates by combining the speed and accessibility of Artificial Intelligence with the depth of human compassion. The process is designed to be straightforward and quick for those seeking help.

New Contact : A person in crisis can send a message via WhatsApp or make a call directly to our voice assistant via the website or WhatsApp. We make it easy to connect, offering quick access and multilingual options (Portuguese, English, Spanish).
ReviverIA Welcomes : The AI assistant listens empathetically, helps classify the need, and provides an initial response. Crucially, this interaction is supervised by healthcare professionals. The AI serves as a first, empathetic point of contact to offer immediate comfort and assess the situation.
Consultation with Volunteer : For deeper care, ReviverIA locates the next available volunteer in the network and facilitates scheduling a remote consultation.

This model leverages AI to facilitate the connection to essential human support. ReviverIA is actively building a network of volunteer psychologists and mental health professionals to provide remote consultations to people affected by disasters.
